Category Management Lead for Fleet Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Management Lead to drive business growth and profitability for our Fleet Solutions category. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer value proposition and business synergies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create product offerings that focus on customer value propositions and business synergies.
- Develop and roll out Go-to-market strategies for the category.
- Liaise with the product team to evolve the right product offerings on the platform.
- Identify, onboard, and manage principle partners.
- Establish governance mechanisms and work closely with sales channels to drive revenue numbers for the category.
- Conceptualize and execute initiatives to increase wallet share with customers.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive enhancements.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3-7 years of experience (post-MBA).
- An MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
- Consulting experience in tier 1 consulting firms or Category Management in e-Commerce/FMCG companies.
The estimated salary range for this position is ₹80-120 lakhs per annum, depending on your location and experience.
LocationThis role can be based in any location, but preference will be given to candidates based in India.
