Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our digital and eTrading platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support for digital and eTrading platforms.
  • Enhance monitoring systems to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Automate processes to reduce manual errors and increase productivity.
  • Maintain system stability, security, and risk management to uphold the integrity and resilience of our platforms.

Requirements:

  • 4-9 years of experience in log monitoring tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with tools (Grafana, Splunk, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with Python and version control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing quality support to internal and external clients.
