System Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled System Support Specialist to manage our Zendesk instance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational and administrative support within Zendesk and integrated applications.
  • Identify, install, configure, and maintain applications in Zendesk to support business needs.
  • Work with teams to create specific workflow configurations.
  • Review triggers, automations, views, and macros to ensure outdated items are deactivated or updated.
  • Ensure workflows capture relevant analytics for process improvement and client offerings.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of Zendesk.
  • Experience working with Customer Success, Operations, and other key stakeholders to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Ability to interact with highly skilled technical experts and gain cross-functional experience with tools like SFDC and Boomi.

As a System Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Zendesk platform. This includes providing operational and administrative support, identifying and installing new applications, and configuring and maintaining existing ones. You will also work closely with our Customer Success and Operations teams to enhance efficiency and scalability.
