Workwise is an artificial intelligence-powered platform built for industrial projects. Our mission is to make procurement faster, more profitable, and less chaotic for firms, contractors, and project owners. We are building the default platform where industrial procurement happens.

The Role:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive outreach, lead qualification, and discovery call scheduling. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a critical role in building our sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching decision-makers, crafting outreach messages, and enabling the sales team with better-qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build targeted lists via data sources, event lists, and other sources.
  2. Research ideal accounts and decision-makers.
  3. Run outbound campaigns via email, WhatsApp, and calls.
  4. Qualify prospects using frameworks.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  1. Initiate conversations and build interest in our platform.
  2. Effectively position our product in short interactions.
  3. Handover qualified leads to the sales team with full context.
Sales Enablement:
  1. Create email templates, outreach flows, case studies, and FAQs.
  2. Support the founder and marketing team with pre-sales collateral.
  3. Capture learnings and continuously improve messaging & targeting.
Requirements:
  1. 1–3 years of experience in B2B research, business development, or sales.
  2. Enjoy finding and talking to new people every day.
  3. Write clear and convincing messages.
  4. Thrive in execution-heavy roles with daily targets.
  5. Are curious about industrial / infrastructure ecosystems.
  6. Are comfortable using AI tools for better outreach.
Bonus Points:
  1. Experience in industrial procurement / SaaS.
  2. English + Hindi proficiency.
