Project Coordinator - Banking Transformation


About the Role

This is a critical role in delivering large-scale banking transformation projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative and coordination support across key workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a banking environment and possess strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.

You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, schedules, and meetings; maintaining trackers, reports, and governance-ready documentation; and liaising with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance.

This is an urgent hire, and only candidates who are immediately available (within 1 week of offer) and have banking project coordination experience will be considered.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating project activities, schedules, and meetings; managing calendars and logistics.
  • Maintaining trackers, reports, and governance-ready documentation.
  • Monitoring milestones, risks, issues, and change logs.
  • Liaising with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance.
  • Supporting UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator in a banking environment.
  • Strong organisation, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
  • Experience producing documentation, trackers, and reports.
