Cultural Content Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cultural Content Coordinator to manage partner content on our platform. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, coordinating logistics, and driving project forward with seamless planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Content Coordination:
  1. Manage partner relationships and provide individual access to the Content Management System.
  2. Ensure partner profiles are correctly set up for them to autonomously manage their collection on the platform.
  3. Answer questions and guide partners through the standard partner lifecycle.
Content Amplification:
  1. Support partners in amplifying their content visibility.
  2. Conduct content audits, write content overviews, and create documentation as needed.
  3. Organize and coordinate physical events to promote partner content.
Prospects Coordination:
  1. Present the platform offer to prospects interested in becoming partners.
  2. Outline the terms and conditions to join, digitization tools, and content management system available.
  3. Execute tasks related to prospect management, including processing incoming requests and conducting outreach.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms and software.
