We are seeking a highly skilled Content Writer to support the evaluation and improvement of large language models.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality content, including writing prompts and rubric definitions.
  • Update rubrics with region/language-specific examples to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance.
  • Analyze data to identify areas where additional rubrics may be needed, tailored to specific languages or regional contexts.
  • Review and revise translated prompts to ensure accuracy and natural language use.
  • Create thoughtful prompts that test LLM models' cultural awareness.
  • Evaluate prompt-response pairs using a standardized template, providing detailed justifications.
Required Qualifications:
  • Native proficiency in English, with deep familiarity with American cultural norms.
  • Experience in LLM evaluation, content moderation, or linguistic QA is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify subtle issues in language use, tone, and cultural references.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Linguistics, or related field required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in content writing, prompt engineering, or LLM testing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar LLM platforms.
  • Ability to clearly articulate reasoning behind rubric ratings or prompt edits.
