About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced content writer with expertise in SEO best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with keyword research tools and strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, plan and write optimized articles, guides, blog posts and landing page content for gaming-related topics.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including keyword placement, meta titles and descriptions, internal linking and headings optimization.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithms and SEO trends to adapt strategies.
  • Develop culturally inclusive and localized content that resonates with international customers.
  • Ensure clarity and accessibility by considering global SEO practices and compliance with local regulations.

Gaming & E-Commerce Industry Focused Writing:

  • Produce engaging content on game reviews, industry trends, tips and tricks, character deep dives and gaming culture.
  • Adapt content style to appeal to various gamer demographics and platforms.
  • Create compelling product descriptions and category pages that highlight features, benefits and unique selling points.

Content Variety & Additional Opportunities:

  • Social Media Content: Create posts, captions and short-form content for gaming communities.
  • Email Marketing: Craft newsletters and promotional campaigns.
  • Video Scripts: Write engaging scripts for YouTube or streaming platforms.
  • Ad Copywriting: Prepare ad creatives and promotional blurbs.
  • Interactive Content: Work with design teams on quizzes, polls and game-based interactive content.

Required Skills:
