Job Title: Mdm Platform Specialist
OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled MDM platform specialist to join our team. As an MDM platform specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Master Data Management (MDM) solutions across multiple domains.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Stibo STEP MDM platform along with experience in JavaScript or Java/J2EE. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to propose technical options and solutions, guide the team for design and implementation, interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for PIM solutions, and define implementation processes, quality gates, and standards.

- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve data quality, data integrity, and system performance issues.
- Support development & test teams in the installation & configuration of the Stibo STEP platform.
- Hands-on experience working with Stibo STEP MDM platform.
- Experience in JavaScript or Java/J2EE.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience in designing data models within Stibo STEP.
- Strong knowledge of data integration tools and techniques such as ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, REST APIs, and 3rd party integrations using web services.
- Stibo STEP certification is a plus. Knowledge of Informatica PIM will be a plus.
- Database knowledge and SQL Knowledge about an IDE and how to debug code.
- Understanding of the ER model XML, XSD, JSON, CSV and other data formats.
Prior experience working on similar projects, ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems, excellent communication and project management skills, ability to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
