About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MDM Specialist to help us build and manage systems that organize critical business data, including product, customer, and supplier information. This role requires someone who understands both technical setup and collaboration with clients and team members to deliver reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Stibo STEP platform for data management solutions.
  • Create and manage data models (structures defining information storage and linking).
  • Design and develop integrations between Stibo and other systems (using APIs, ETL tools, or web services).
  • Collaborate with the team to identify optimal technical options and guide development.
  • Communicate with clients to understand needs and explain solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, or integration.
  • Support teams in setting up and configuring Stibo STEP platform.

Requirements:

  1. 5-8 years of experience working with Stibo STEP MDM.
  2. Good knowledge of Java or JavaScript for customization.
  3. Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  4. Familiarity with databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  5. Understanding of data models and system information storage.
  6. Able to use coding/debugging tools (like an IDE).
  7. Bonus: Stibo STEP Certification or knowledge of Informatica PIM.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers OR MCA/M.Tech.
  2. Someone who enjoys solving data problems, guiding teams, and working directly with clients.
