- Role Summary:
- A skilled and experienced Application Specialist is required to lead the development of modern web and mobile applications using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) with integrations to Human Capital Management (HCM).
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of VBCS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET.
- They will design and develop dynamic UIs using reusable components, REST integrations, and responsive layouts.
- Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas is also essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to work collaboratively with HR and business teams to deliver scalable configurations and extensions.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth2 authentication, CI/CD tools, and Git repositories is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- UI Development:
- Create user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet the needs of end-users.
- Integration:
- Develop seamless integrations between VBCS applications and HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication.
- Deployments:
- Manage deployments of VBCS applications using CI/CD tools and Git repositories.
- Data Management:
- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas.
- Security:
- Configure and manage security profiles, roles, data access, and workflow approvals in HCM.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle VBCS and HCM implementation.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth2 authentication, CI/CD tools, and Git repositories.
- Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas.
- Good understanding of HCM Data Loader and HSDL.
- Hands-on experience in developing/supporting HCM Extracts.
