Technical Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires the ability to provide top-notch technical support to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.

Duties:

  • Offer technical assistance through various communication channels
  • Communicate and coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team
  • Assist QA lead with quality assurance activities
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development team
  • Interact with customers to quickly identify and resolve their problems
  • Suggest workarounds to customers when a fix is not immediately available
  • Provide timely and accurate customer feedback
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved
  • Support the deployment of new applications
  • Develop procedural documentation as needed
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Evaluate and test new releases
  • Promote operational efficiency by proposing new ideas and innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
  • Experience with tech support for web-based business applications with mobile interfaces
  • Working knowledge of Linux, Java, JavaScript, MySQL, and AWS
  • Proficiency in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Experience with ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
