The Job We're Building

Our team is looking for an enthusiastic intern to assist in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, and candidate management.

This role involves sourcing candidates from job portals and social media, screening resumes based on job requirements, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment trackers.

We are seeking someone passionate about people, curious about recruitment in startups, and eager to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Assisting in creating job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • A recent Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • An interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, with a focus on Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with job portals is a plus.
