Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in PCG Sales & Advisor roles across wealth & equity markets.
  • Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and design tailored hiring plans.
  • SOURCE CANDIDATES via job portals, recruiting agencies, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring.
  • Draft compelling job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct HR rounds, and schedule interviews with business teams.
  • Drive salary negotiations, offer roll-outs, and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting for leadership review.
  • Support talent mapping, succession planning, and pipeline building for critical positions.
  • Actively engage in employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in PCG Sales, Wealth Hiring, Bank Sales Hiring, or Broking mid-level recruitment is mandatory.
  • Strong domain knowledge of equity market hiring.
  • Language proficiency: English (compulsory).
  • Hands-on experience in Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven with ability to deliver under deadlines.
