Achieve excellence in patient care management by delivering high-quality services that meet the organization's goals. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong skills in audit score monitoring, documentation compliance, and infection control.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring 100% adherence to laboratory entries, treatment completeness, and patient admission records in EuCliD.
- Maintaining a patient satisfaction survey score of at least 4.5 out of 5 on a quarterly basis.
- Managing patient dropouts and transfers, ensuring they do not exceed 3%.
- Reporting all incidents as per policy to the senior technician or operations team.
- Maintaining laboratory compliance, including serology tests every three months and monthly lab results as per nephrologist prescriptions.
- Ensuring patients receive vaccinations according to FMC policy.
- Supporting clinical KPI target achievement with the nephrologist.
