Patient Communication:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries regarding appointments, treatments, and clinic services.
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on treatments, or provide additional information as needed.
- Provide compassionate and clear communication to address patient concerns or questions.
Appointment Management:
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments using the clinic s management system.
- Ensure appointments are booked accurately and efficiently to optimize clinic schedules.
- Send reminders and follow-up messages regarding upcoming or missed appointments.
Patient Experience:
- Deliver a positive patient experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle challenging situations or escalations with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
Collaboration with the Clinic Team:
- Communicate important patient information to the clinic s on-site staff.
- Coordinate with orthodontists and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a similar role is preferred.
