Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. As a Patient Care Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to maintain excellent relationships with doctors, generate leads from them, pitch and counsel patients about our services, and efficiently manage and maintain data using Excel. Your role will be crucial in ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain Good Relationships with Doctors:

- Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with doctors, specialists, and healthcare providers.
- Regularly communicate and collaborate with doctors to understand their needs and promote our services effectively.
- Attend meetings and networking events to foster professional connections with doctors and healthcare professionals.

2. Generate Leads from Doctors:

- Proactively identify potential patients by liaising with doctors and healthcare providers.
- Obtain referrals from doctors and follow up with potential patients to schedule appointments.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates from doctor referrals.

3. Pitch/Counsel Patients about Our Services:

- Engage with patients to understand their healthcare needs and provide appropriate information about our services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and advantages of our services to patients.
- Offer guidance, answer questions, and address concerns to help patients make informed decisions about their healthcare.

4. Prepare and Maintain Data on Excel:

- Create and maintain accurate and organized patient records using Excel or other designated software.
- Input and update patient information, appointments, and treatment plans with utmost confidentiality.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, track patient progress, and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, especially doctors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with doctors, patients, and colleagues.
- Strong persuasive and counseling abilities to pitch services and address patient concerns.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data entry, organization, and reporting.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry regulations (HIPAA compliance).
- Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of CRM software or patient management systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing and lead generation strategies.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
