**Job Overview**:
Life Circle is seeking a compassionate and results-driven Patient Care Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will guide patients and families through the process of accessing our home healthcare services, ensuring the best care solutions and driving sales growth. You'll be the bridge between clients and our operations team, focused on improving patient outcomes while meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with patients and families to understand their healthcare needs and recommend suitable home care services.
- Generate, track, and manage leads from multiple channels, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Coordinate assessments, caregiver interviews, and placements in collaboration with the operations team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and families, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Promote Life Circle’s services to potential clients and achieve assigned sales targets.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy in patient interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional and sensitive approach when discussing healthcare needs.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead management is preferred.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
