Leading diagnostic center looking for **Patient Care Coordinator**in **Chennai** location
**Work Location**: Purasawalkam
**Qualification**: Any UG/PG
**Experience**: Min. **1 year experience in patient care** (preferably in hospital/diagnostics background)
**Shift**: Rotational **(No night shift for Female)**
**Shift Timings**: 6am - 2.30pm | 12.30pm - 9pm | 9pm - 7am.
**Salary**:INR 15,000 - INR 25,000 (Based on experience)
**Skills Required**:
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic system knowledge
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them through the service process.
- Guide patients through registration, billing, Doctor Appointment, sample collection, and report collection areas.
- Coordinate with laboratory, front office, and technical teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Provide accurate information to patients regarding tests, procedures, wait times, and report delivery.
- Address patient queries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company protocols, patient confidentiality, and hygiene standards.
- Collect patient feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.
**Only immediate joiners are required.**
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
