About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems.

You will work closely with various teams to identify and resolve software-related challenges, analyzing system performance and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to stakeholders, working independently and contributing actively to team discussions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services, and experience with data integration and transformation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform independent tasks and become an SME in your area of expertise
  2. Active participation/contribution in team discussions and meetings
  3. Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
  4. Assist in documenting processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge
  5. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues
  • Experience with data integration and transformation processes
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
