Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days from Office)

Shift Timing: General Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with specialized expertise in One Identity Access Management (IAM) systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our IAM infrastructure. The ideal candidate will leverage automation, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver robust, secure, and scalable IAM solutions.

This position involves a deep focus on system reliability, automation, incident response, and security compliance, helping to safeguard sensitive data and support seamless access across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

System Reliability & Performance

  • Monitor and maintain the availability and performance of One Identity systems.
  • Develop dashboards and alerting mechanisms using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

Automation & Optimization

  • Automate provisioning, de-provisioning, and access processes using Python, Bash, or Ansible.
  • Optimize system configurations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual interventions.

Incident Management & Response

  • Lead incident response and root cause analysis for IAM-related issues.
  • Implement strategies for high availability and quick disaster recovery.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams to integrate and support IAM solutions.
  • Communicate system status, incidents, and planned improvements to key stakeholders.

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure IAM solutions align with security frameworks and compliance standards (GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001).
  • Apply risk mitigation practices and enforce security policies across IAM systems.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive initiatives for system improvement and stay current with evolving IAM/SRE technologies.
  • Implement innovative tools, including ML/AI, for anomaly detection and issue prediction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, with a strong focus on IAM systems and SRE practices.
  • Deep understanding of One Identity solutions and IAM protocols/technologies.
  • Expertise in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins) and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
  • Proficient in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline optimization.
  • Familiarity with microservices and distributed system architecture.

Preferred Certifications:

  • One Identity certifications
  • SRE-related certifications
  • CISSP or equivalent security certifications

Soft Skills & Key Competencies:

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complex, distributed systems.
  • Proven experience in optimizing performance, reliability, and security in a cloud-native environment.
