As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and customer experience. Your strategic leadership skills will drive revenue growth, profitability, and brand excellence.

About the Role:

  • Strategic Management: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, collaborating with stakeholders to align the vision and objectives across all locations.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, optimize workflow, inventory management, and supply chain logistics, establishing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for all restaurant outlets, analyzing profit margins, reducing operational costs, and improving overall efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor managers and staff at each location, building a strong organizational culture focused on collaboration, excellence, and innovation.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and quality, managing customer feedback and complaints, and fostering community engagement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with local laws, food safety regulations, and labor laws, conducting regular audits to maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
  • Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the restaurant group through campaigns and partnerships, developing loyalty programs and promotional activities to boost customer retention.
  • Innovation and Development: Introduce new concepts, menus, or technologies to enhance the customer experience, fostering creativity among chefs and managers to keep offerings fresh and unique.
  • Reporting to Stakeholders: Provide regular updates to the ownership or board of directors on business performance, proposing actionable recommendations for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or background in hospitality preferred.
  • Industry experience of 5-10 years in restaurant or hospitality management.

Salary Range: ₹7-8 lakhs per annum
