About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Director to join our team at Collective Cuisines. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Management: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, aligning with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations across all restaurants, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and customer experience. Optimize workflow, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for all restaurant outlets. Analyze profit margins, reduce operational costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor managers and staff at each location. Build a strong organizational culture focused on collaboration, excellence, and innovation.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and quality. Manage customer feedback and complaints, implementing changes where necessary.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with local laws, food safety regulations, and labor laws. Conduct regular audits to maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
  • Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the restaurant group through campaigns and partnerships. Develop loyalty programs and promotional activities to boost customer retention.
  • Innovation and Development: Introduce new concepts, menus, or technologies to enhance the customer experience. Foster creativity among chefs and managers to keep offerings fresh and unique.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a background in hospitality management. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with 5-10 years of industry experience in restaurant or hospitality management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: The salary for this role is estimated to be around ₹7-8 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
