About the Role

At Collective Cuisines, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Culinary Operations to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations and assist in the food and beverage outlets to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue growth through increased guest patronage.
  • Aid in financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability and meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-6 years of full-service restaurant management experience.
  • Flexibility in working hours with a willingness to cover shifts as needed.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
