We're seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our Enterprise team in Bangalore. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for understanding the business needs of our Enterprise customers and developing strategic plans to drive incremental revenue growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth from assigned Enterprise customers
  • Liaising with VIBS and the business to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Managing the entire customer life cycle, from onboarding to renewal

As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and develop a deep understanding of their business needs. You'll be a key player in driving business growth and contributing to the success of our Enterprise team.
