Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager

Org Linked is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) Recruitment to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients needing recruitment solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to enter new domestic and international markets.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
  • Sales Negotiation: Pitch Org Linkeds recruitment services, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure successful talent placements.
  • Industry Analysis: Stay updated on hiring trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment/staffing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience in handling both Indian and international clients is a plus.
