We are seeking a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in business development, new account acquisition and management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling IT staffing services in the USA market.
The Senior Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and engaging prospective clients, ultimately positioning us as their preferred staffing vendor. This position demands a unique blend of drive, commitment and exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a win-win mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, executives and influencers.
- Research and present customized staffing solutions to new clients.
- Penetrate new business through effective calling, in-person meetings and presentations.
- Deliver exceptional service and results to clients, enhancing our market presence and reputation.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing, corporate recruiting or professional sales environments, particularly in technology, banking and financial services in the USA region.
- Proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts and account management.
- Strong work ethic, sense of commitment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ATS knowledge.
