As we scale aggressively, we're looking for a dynamic US IT - Staffing Head who can drive growth, build high-performing teams, and nurture client relationships at the highest levels.

Role Overview:

As the US IT - Staffing Head you will spearhead our IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition vertical, managing multiple recruitment teams. You will be responsible for both hunting (new business development) and farming (account growth) across our US IT recruitment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor multiple recruitment delivery teams focused on US IT staffing
  • Drive end-to-end client engagement and delivery operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and decision-makers
  • Identify growth opportunities and execute scalable hiring strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between delivery and client needs
  • Deliver results in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Ensure service excellence and client satisfaction at all times

Ideal Candidate:

  • Atleast 15-20 years of experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Experience in building and scaling businesses in TOP IT system Integrators
  • Proven track record managing multiple teams across US IT recruitment
  • Strong experience in both client acquisition and account farming
  • Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Exposure to CXO-level interactions and enterprise-level business discussions
  • Highly strategic, proactive, and execution-focused leader
  • Willing to work onsite full-time in Chennai
