Role And Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers/Relationship Managers to achieve and exceed collective sales targets for the designated area.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans for the area to drive consistent business growth and market penetration.

- Recruit, train, and mentor new and existing team members, fostering a high-performance sales culture and ensuring continuous professional development.

- Monitor team performance closely, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to enhance productivity and sales efficiency.

- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners within the area to secure large-scale deals and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify new opportunities and adapt sales approaches accordingly.

- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, sales guidelines, and regulatory requirements across the area.

- Drive initiatives for agent onboarding and engagement within the assigned territory.

Candidate Qualifications

- Proven Sales Leadership Experience: A strong track record of success in sales leadership or management roles, with 7 to 8 years of experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.

- Experience managing a life insurance sales team is highly desirable.

- Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

- Excellent Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex situations, devise effective strategies, and implement solutions to achieve business objectives.

- Ability to Motivate and Develop a Sales Team: Proven capacity to drive team performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate skill enhancement among team members.

- Deep Understanding of Insurance Products: Comprehensive knowledge of various life insurance policies, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, customer lifecycle management, and revenue growth drivers.

- Proficiency in Technology: Advanced knowledge of CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite for effective team management and reporting.
