The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, while building and scaling a high-performing analytics team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital channels to drive business growth.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional analytics team, including data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists.
- Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to align with business priorities.
- Optimize campaigns by analyzing performance and improving bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Monitor and manage performance reports to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
- Work closely with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of analytics infrastructure.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
8-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, strong proficiency with analytics tools, and ability to translate complex data into compelling business stories.
