">Business Development Director Role">The Director of Business Development will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business growth strategy across the region. This includes creating and executing plans to drive dealership sales and service infrastructure development.
">Key Responsibilities">- ">
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, providing guidance on branding and corporate identity alignment.">
- Lead the creation and implementation of a corporate identity/showroom identity program for the entire dealership network.">
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of Dealer standards, including Corporate identity manuals for Dealers, monitor actual retail centre situations, and conduct periodical audits as required.">
Requirements
">The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, branding, and franchise development skills. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is essential, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications
