Job Title: Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth from key accounts in the Financial Services sector.

About the Role:

  • Lead sales efforts and build strong client relationships across financial services accounts.
  • Develop and update account strategies, execution plans and market analysis to identify opportunities and align with our goals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, map buying cycles and engage effectively with clients.
  • Oversee proposal creation, emphasize value and ensure CRM accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree from a reputable institution (MBA or equivalent).
  • 10 to 18 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry.
  • Evidence of successful origination and sales generation, with a track record of prospecting and upselling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
