As a seasoned leader, you'll drive business expansion through strategic planning, sales execution, and effective team management.

About the Role
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national goals, driving business growth through innovative approaches.
  • New Client Acquisition: Identify and secure key partnerships with mid to large corporates, delivering tailored solutions for group insurance needs.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to achieve outstanding results.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 15+ years in employee benefit broking or corporate insurance sales; minimum 3 years in a regional leadership role.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Insurance, or related fields. III/IRDA certifications preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Deep understanding of group insurance products
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
  • Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
