Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Operations Leader to lead our financial operations, drive business growth and profitability.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Accounting & Reporting:
    • Handle end-to-end accounting processes, including P2P, R2R, O2C, for respective Business Units (BUs).
    • Complete accurate and timely monthly financial close.
    • Comply with GAAP (Ind-AS) and enforce company accounting policies, practices, and internal controls.
    • Deliver accurate books of accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
    • Ensure financial accounts are properly supported and reconciled.
    • Lead financial close review with Finance Leadership, including month-end review, finalization of P&L accounts, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
    • Run cadence with internal teams to identify aging and take suitable actions.
    • Responsible for Interim Audits, Due Diligence, Statutory Audit, GST Audits, etc.
    • Prepare the company for statutory & tax audits, financial due diligence.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Support specific BUs with end-to-end finance operational support.
    • Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability for specific BUs.
    • Provide timely, accurate, and insightful analysis of results to the business.
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities to drive strategic decision-making.
    • Act as a single source of truth for numbers, including key financial metrics and performance drivers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, including investors, partners, and vendors.
  • Ongoing Learning:
    • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, accounting, and reporting software.
  • Candidate well-versed in dealing with auditors and consultants preferred.
  • Advanced expertise in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel (Pivots, Lookup, Conditional Functions, Power BI, etc.).
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • High-energy, with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
