Job Title:

Senior Financial Operations Manager

A strategic financial operations leader is required to oversee the day-to-day management of our finance and administrative operations. Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring that all financial, accounting, and regulatory requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or business operations, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement effective financial management systems, processes, and procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Leadership: Lead a team of finance professionals to achieve organizational objectives, provide guidance and support, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian laws, regulations, and standards related to finance, taxation, and labor.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial operations, develop and implement risk management strategies, and ensure the company's financial security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA/CPA/MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Indian labor law, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.
  • Familiarity with risk management and insurance procurement, particularly in service-sector businesses.
  • Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms (e.g. Xero) and digital banking tools.
