Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic professional to lead our end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

This role is ideal for someone who can manage day-to-day finance and accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, AP, AR, and reconciliations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with external stakeholders, managing correspondence with tax authorities, and ensuring timely compliance with all statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Accounting & Reporting: Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations, including accurate and timely month-end and year-end closures.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Coordinate with external CA firms for tax planning, filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and audits.
  • MIS & Business Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely monthly MIS reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Variance Analysis.
  • Investor Relations: Support investor reporting requirements and respond to investor queries in coordination with founders.
  • Financial Controls & Processes: Implement and monitor internal financial controls and optimize financial processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Education & Experience: Qualified CA/CPA/ICWA/CA Inter with 2-3 years of relevant experience across finance and accounting.
  • Skills: Strong accounting knowledge, understanding of Indian tax laws, proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting/ERP software, good communication skills, and ability to work independently and under pressure.
