Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

">Job Description:

As the chief financial strategist, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, managing daily funds, and arranging capital expenditure and working capital finance from banks. You will also have a strong understanding of direct tax law, TDS, and coordinating with consultants for tax assessment & appellate matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting activities until finalization of accounts
  • Manage daily funds and arrange Capex & working capital finance from banks
  • Develop strong knowledge of direct tax law, TDS, and coordinate with consultants for tax assessment & appellate matters
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including banks, auditors, and other consultants
  • Monitor & control accounting software configuration to ensure accurate accounting, reporting & compliance requirements
  • Coordinate ROC compliance (filing annual returns of companies and LLP) with auditors in a timely manner
  • Manage vendor payments
  • Liaise with statutory authorities including Income Tax, VAT & TDS departments
  • Maintain GST compliance including filing of monthly GST returns
  • Ensure TDS compliance and book entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assets
  • Maintain banking relationships, including handling NEFT and RTGS transactions

This role requires a deep understanding of financial management, taxation, and accounting principles. You will work closely with the Managing Directors to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth.

  • Strong understanding of financial management, taxation, and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Microsoft Navision
  • Knowledge of direct tax law and TDS
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
