As a seasoned financial leader, we are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to spearhead our company's financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive financial plans that drive business growth. They will be responsible for leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles, providing strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team for informed decision-making.

Financial Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute forward-thinking financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost optimization and process enhancements.

Accounts & Financial Reporting

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, compliant with regulatory requirements.

Audit & Compliance

  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits from initiation to closure, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory mandates.

Taxation & Regulatory

  • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments, ensuring adherence to statutory timelines.
  • Ensure timely payment of taxes and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Professional accounting designation as a Certified Accountant
  • 10+ years' experience at a senior level financial managerial position in a similar industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and planner
