Job Opportunity: Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to work closely with senior management in shaping the organization's financial strategy. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling large volumes of data, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making through accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and analyze in-depth MIS reports in various formats.
  • Comprehensive Financial Management: Drive comprehensive financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently.
  • Statutory Compliance: Handle all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, and liaising with Income Tax departments.
  • Financial Reporting: Independently manage the preparation of Balance Sheets in compliance with IFRS/IGAAP standards.
  • Audit Coordination: Bring prior experience in audit coordination, preferably with Big 4 firms.
  • Taxation Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of direct, indirect, and deferred taxation.
  • Adaptability and Communication: Maintain flexibility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written.
  • Technical Skills: Possess hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / IPCC / PCC
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Cognitive Abilities: Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
