Chief Financial Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the financial process, including systematic control and logging of financial transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing data from different sectors to identify variables affecting the system
  • Processing journal entries, financial accounting transactions into the general ledger, and collecting, recording, verifying, and reconciling financial data
  • Maintaining and updating hierarchies in the general ledger and managing cost centers
  • Recording and controlling physical records and financial activities related to fixed assets
  • Preparing financial and ad-hoc reports and analyses
  • Monitoring and tracking periodic revenue and expenses, POs, and invoices

The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing month end close activities, preparing bank reconciliation statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheet reviews. Additionally, they will manage quarterly inter-company processes, ensure statutory analysis, and prepare budgets and forecasts.

Required Skills:

Financial Analysis: Ability to collect, record, verify, and reconcile financial data.

General Ledger Management: Skill to maintain and update hierarchies in the general ledger and manage cost centers.

Reporting and Analytics: Proficiency in preparing financial and ad-hoc reports and analyses.

Inter-Company Process Management: Experience in managing quarterly inter-company processes and ensuring statutory analysis.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Ability to prepare budgets and forecasts.
