Role Overview

As a senior financial leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improvement by leveraging financial planning and analysis expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
    • Collaborate with business units to identify key financial drivers and align financial plans with business strategies.
    • Prepare and present detailed financial dashboards, variance analysis, and management reports to leadership.
  • Business Partnership and Communication
    • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize financial performance.
    • Communicate complex financial information effectively to various stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners.
  • Process Improvement and Efficiency
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Requirements
    • Must have a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
    • Post-qualification experience of 6-8 years in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, or Business Finance.
    • Proven track record of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
    • Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in ERP systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
