Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a detail-oriented leader with strong analytical abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management & Analysis
  • Oversee financial statement preparation and consolidation.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Ensure robust financial controls and compliance.
  • Conduct cost and profitability analysis to identify savings opportunities.
  • Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling.
  • Accounting & Compliance
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
  • Ensure timely tax filings, audits, and compliance with laws and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records for all financial transactions.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Collaborate with department heads on annual budgeting.
  • Prepare detailed financial forecasts and provide variance analysis.
  • Develop financial models to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
  • Track financial performance against budget and recommend cost control measures.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • 4-5 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Previous experience managing audits and tax reporting processes.
  • Excellent Excel and ERP skills.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Apart from this role, the candidate should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
