We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale international operations, particularly in the Travel process domain.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage high-performing teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in BPO or International Travel process.
  • Strong exposure to Profit and Loss (P&L) management, client engagement, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to drive performance, process improvements, and team management.
  • Prior expertise in International Travel Process will be highly valued.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
