Program Manager Role

As a strategic business leader, this Program Manager position plays a critical role in driving B2B sales strategy and operations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to ensure visibility and alignment across B2B sales initiatives.

This high-impact position requires an individual with B2B Sales experience who can translate complex business inputs into executive-ready reports and presentations.

  • Develop Compelling Presentations: Create executive-level presentations for B2B Sales customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
  • Analyze Customer Engagement Data: Track key sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
  • Prepare Business Reports: Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to prepare weekly/quarterly business reports for the CEO Office.
  • Support Strategic Decision-Making: Provide clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Preferred MBA (Engineering/Technical background is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
  • Mandatory B2B Sales experience (exposure to customer-facing business environments).
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (executive storytelling + data representation).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
