Job Title:

Senior Operations Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our Quality Control-Advanced Method Validation (QC-AMV) team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QC-AMV team in regular testing and method validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the Quality Head of Department (HOD) in daily updates, monthly sample status, lab management, training, and monthly review meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve allocated tasks and stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends.
  • Execute and approve different types of quality management systems (QMS), identify scientific root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Science or Bachelor's/Master's in Pharmacy.
  • Strong analytical knowledge and expertise in modern analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NIR, etc.).
  • Mix of work experience in QC, AMV, and AD departments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
  • Knowledge of Chromeleon 7.2 and Sciex software is an added advantage.

Working Conditions:

  • Manage work in all shifts.
  • Travel to other sites as per company policy.
