Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive administrator to join our team as a B2B Integrator Administrator. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, including working knowledge of IBM Transformation Extender Advanced (ITXA), Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes, and Helm.

  • The successful candidate will administer and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • They will design, deploy, and manage B2B integration workflows that align with business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaboration with development and architecture teams is necessary to implement and support transformation flows using IBM ITXA.
  • Experience in operating within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments is highly desirable.
  • The duty manager during on-call shifts must be able to manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Strong experience with IBM ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and incident management skills.
