Dynatrace Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional to work as a Dynatrace Integration Specialist. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynatrace into our IT service management tools.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Configure and set up Dynatrace for optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Develop a strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management to identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes.
  • Work closely with the ServiceNow team to integrate Dynatrace alerts into incident management tooling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and fine-tune alerts, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
