
IT Staffing Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. If you have experience in IT staffing sales, onboarding new clients, and building strong B2B relationships – we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the IT services and staffing space
- Generate leads through outbound strategies – LinkedIn, email, ZoomInfo, Apollo
- Pitch our staffing solutions and close new business
- Handle complete client onboarding – from initial call to agreement
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in business development/sales in IT staffing
- Proven success in client acquisition and handling the end-to-end sales cycle
- Strong understanding of technical hiring, staff augmentation, and recruitment workflows
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
