Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. If you have experience in IT staffing sales, onboarding new clients, and building strong B2B relationships – we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the IT services and staffing space
  • Generate leads through outbound strategies – LinkedIn, email, ZoomInfo, Apollo
  • Pitch our staffing solutions and close new business
  • Handle complete client onboarding – from initial call to agreement
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in business development/sales in IT staffing
  • Proven success in client acquisition and handling the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Strong understanding of technical hiring, staff augmentation, and recruitment workflows
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Salesforce, or HubSpot
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
