**International Healthcare Staffing BDE (Business Development Executive)**

We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented International Sales and Business Development Executive with a focus on the **USA market** to drive growth for our Offshore **Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services** in the healthcare industry. The role requires an exceptional ability to identify, engage, and secure partnerships with healthcare recruiting or staffing companies. You will focus on expanding the company’s footprint in the USA by targeting organizations needing high-quality offshore recruitment solutions.

Job Description:
Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare industry who require RPO services.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging your industry knowledge, networks, LinkedIn and cold calling techniques.
- Pitch for the services in offshore recruitment such as Sourcing, Screening and full cycle recruitment.
- Understand client requirements, staffing needs, and challenges to propose tailored recruiting solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Understand the specific recruitment challenges in the healthcare industry, such as hiring for nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative roles.
- Organize virtual and in-person meetings with decision-makers to pitch services and close deals.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with recruiting firms, staffing agencies, and healthcare organizations.
- **Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive new client acquisition in the Non-IT staffing sector.**:

- Keep up to date with staffing and recruiting industry trends and regulatory changes that affect client needs.
