**Job Title**: US Healthcare Recruiter

**Job Type**: Full-Time | On-site

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with US-based account managers and hiring authorities to understand job requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
- Meet weekly/monthly placement targets and other performance metrics.
- Stay up to date on healthcare staffing regulations, visa processes, and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare or HR background preferred).
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in US staffing or healthcare recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, or internal ATS.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with US work authorizations (H1B, TN, Green Card, US Citizen) is a plus.
